Are Caraïna jewelry pieces waterproof?
Our jewelry is durable, but we advise against prolonged contact with water, especially for pieces with beads.
What materials are used?
Our jewelry is primarily made with stainless steel, and some charms are 18-carat gold plated (long-lasting plating). Each material used is indicated in the jewelry's descriptive sheet.
What are the delivery times?
Orders are prepared within 2 to 4 days in the workshop. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Guadeloupe: hand-delivery depending on the municipality, or by post within 5 to 7 business days.
- Martinique: delivery by post within 8 to 10 business days.
- Metropolitan France: delivery within 15 to 30 business days.
We prepare each order with care. A tracking number will be provided to you as soon as your package is dispatched.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, within 7 days of receipt, if the jewelry is not personalized, contact us at carainabijoux@gmail.com (return shipping costs will be at your expense).
Do you make custom pieces?
Yes! If you would like a unique creation, contact us by email at carainabijoux@gmail.com. We would be delighted to assist you in personalizing your jewelry.
How to care for my jewelry?
To preserve the shine of your jewelry, we advise you to:
- Store them in the Caraïna pouch when not worn.
- Avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics, and chemicals that can alter the beads.
